The International School of Ouagadougou is an English-language using international school in Zogona, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso,〔"(Contact Us )" ((Archive )). International School of Ouagadougou. The school is independent and teaches students from prekindergarten to Grade 12. In 2004 to 2005 there were 146 students. The school was created to cater for students from the international community but host-country students are also accepted. == Faculty == In 2004-5 there were 12 full-time faculty members, 14 part-time, and 7 instructional assistants, as well as a counselor and director of student services, a program development/curriculum director, elementary principal, librarian and an IT technician. == Curriculum == The school has a modified U.S. curriculum, including daily instruction in French. It also offers lessons in Burkina culture, and pupils have the chance to take part in student exchanges with other international schools in the region. A number of AP courses are offered for students to earn college credit.
